Prices and payment

All items on are quoted with prices in € (euro) including Swedish VAT.

At checkout you can see the total price including VAT and shipping.

At checkout you can also choose between invoice, partial payment, card payment or direct payment. has the right to make a credit check where it is necessary to grant credit. As a customer, you agree to pay within the scheduled time of the chosen payment method. Payment after due date may lead to reminder charges.




Goods that are in stock on the website are normally delivered within the number of days specified on the website. Unless otherwise stated, goods will be listed as ”not in stock” at the time of purchase.

You have the right to cancel an order at anytime if it has not been shipped. In the event that the item has been shipped, the customer agrees to receiving the order. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation is received from us.

If a product is no longer available for sale, has the right to cancel the purchase and offer a complete refund. We will notify the customer of a refund or if a similar product is available.

If you would like to return a product. Follow the steps below:

We need the following information:

  1. Your order number (It can be found in your order confirmation).
  2. Your full name.
  3. Your contact information.
  4. The number and name of the products you wish to return.

It is very important that the product is not damaged or unpacked when it returns to us.


The products are manufactured to meet our high quality standards. In addition, the products are also covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects.

Fadecase’s warranty covers only the parts mentioned above. To report a warranty issue, please contact customer service at i[email protected]. Note that Fadecase’s warranty does not cover:

–  Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
– Problems or damage caused by misuse, neglect (knocks, dents, crushing, falling), accidents or unjustifiable repair or modification.
– Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratches, worn leather and flaking paint, etc.).



If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. Describe the defective product as thoroughly as possible. If we can’t solve the problem for you, you can send it back to us. As soon as the product is returned – we will send a new one to you.

Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In case of dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish General Complaints Board.




If you want to undo the order and return the products to us, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item and the message that you regretted. You will be responsible to pay the return costs when you return an item.




Delivery time is stated in the checkout under the respective shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is stated at each item. Normally your goods are delivered within 1-3 business days. If you are ordering before 15:00, your goods will leave our warehouse the same day.



Unpacked packages

For all non-redeemed packages, we reserve the right to charge you for the handling fee, currently €15.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Swedish law applies to these Terms and your use of this website. To the extent the law allows, Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction regarding disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the website, with the exception of cases where Fadecase voluntarily choose to take legal action against a customer/user where it has residence.



Force Major

In case of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, technical problems, failure of electrical / telecommunications / data communications or other communications, as well as defects or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated herein. Fadecase will be able to apply themselves to force majeure. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for freedom from liability and other sanctions. If this occurs, we will try to inform you.
